Data protection guideline for processing of applicant data

2. purposes of the processing

We process the data of your application to assess the establishment of a possible employment relationship. In doing so, we process your data in order to process the application and match it with our vacancies. This involves the following categories of data:

  • Identification data (including e.g. name, address, email address);
  • Information about applicants, including cover letter, name, email address, postal address, applicant questionnaires, applicant interview, education, employment history, CV and other work experience information; The provision of personal data as part of the application process is necessary for participation in the application process. Without their provision, we cannot assess your suitability for the advertised position and consequently cannot establish a contractual relationship with you. We require your express consent for the processing of sensitive personal data provided (e.g. information on severely disabled status, information on marital status, information on sexual life or sexual orientation, information on health, etc.). However, we do not ask for this sensitive personal data unless it is required for a position in accordance with the law. In principle, however, we ask you not to provide such sensitive data and to refrain from providing such information. I can revoke this consent at any time by writing to Youvendo GmbH or by sending an e-mail to the contact details given at the beginning of this form. In case of revocation, my data covered by the consent will be deleted immediately. In the event of revocation of consent and if I have provided particularly sensitive personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 of the German Data Protection Act (DSGVO), my application that has already been submitted cannot be considered further.

5. duration of storage

Applications from applicants with whom no employment relationship has been established will be deleted within 6 months after receipt of the rejection notice and thus after completion of the application process. If you are interested in being included in our talent pool, we will ask for your express consent to do so. If you are accepted into our talent pool, your data will be stored for a further 12 months. If an employment relationship is established with the applicant, the application, if necessary for the implementation of the employment relationship, becomes part of the personnel file and is stored for the duration of the employment relationship. 6. your rights

You have the following rights if the legal requirements are met: The right to revoke consent to the processing of data at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) DSGVO).
